Juan Ramón Solís Barragán (born June 14, 1984 in Chitré, Herrera) is a professional football midfielder who currently plays in Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the top football League of Panama at San Francisco F.C.

Club
Solís has made 22 appearances[1] for the full Panama National Football team, including seven matches at the UNCAF Nations Cup 2003 and UNCAF Nations Cup 2005.[2][3] He made his debut against El Salvador at UNCAF Nations Cup 2003 on February 9, 2003. [2]
Solís also participated in the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship held in the United Arab Emirates[4] as Captain of the first Panama representative football team who qualified to the final phase of any football World Cup. The first of Panama's football history.
